Teerthanker Mahaveer University is committed to protecting student and faculty academic records with highest security protocols.

Data Governance

1. Collection of Academic Data

TMU LMS collects academic records, enrolled courses, attendance entries, assignment submissions, and assessment grades solely for the purpose of academic administration, outcome tracking, and continuous evaluation under university bylaws.

2. Data Security & Encryption

All student and faculty credentials, communications, and evaluation scores are encrypted in transit via 256-bit SSL/TLS and stored securely within university-controlled cloud infrastructure with regular data backups.

3. Usage of LMS Content & Intellectual Property

Lecture notes, recorded sessions, curriculum blueprints, and study materials provided by faculty are proprietary intellectual property of Teerthanker Mahaveer University and intended exclusively for enrolled students.
